Great Quality Product
5I bought this at a [@] anniversary sale. The sales rep told me that I'd lose 10 lbs in 10 days and that it would jump start my metabolism. I really only need to lose about 10 lbs, so I highly doubt that is possible. She wasn't even aware that there is a special diet that needed to be followed. I used this product 2 times a day instead of 3. I am 43, and I started slowly gaining weight after starting a new job. I felt tired all the time and hungry. Even after eating a big meal, I would still feel hungry and never satisfied. My weight started to creep up slowly. I was almost 125 lbs when I started this. I did not follow the diet, but I was able to eat sensibly and keep my calories down to 1200 to 1300 calories most days. I didn't really exercise either. What this product did is it helped curb my out of control appetite, and it didn't make me feel jittery. I am really sensitive to stimulants, and this product didn't over stimulate me. Now, that being said, I did have a hard time getting to sleep. My weight is down to 122 lbs. I feel that this product can help one to stick with a sensible diet plan by helping energize (but not over stimulate) and helping to curb appetite. Also, the quality of the supplements seems high. I didn't feel nauseous from taking these on an empty stomach.

Anyone else get sick from this?
2I followed the instructions very strictly and by Day 3 I was no longer hungry and felt lighter. Unfortunately by Day 4-5, I was experiencing stomach cramping followed by diarrhea. I stopped taking the supplements, and it has helped a little. I am so disappointed because I was so proud of myself for sticking to this and I could feel I was losing weight. Has anyone else experienced this?!

5I am AMAZED!!!! I'm at the end of my 8th day and have lost 14 lbs so far...I have followed this to the letter EXCEPT had a cup of coffee here and there due to the headaches and believe it or not I've only exercised 2 days total (although I am active taking the stairs at work, walking back and forth thru the day) needless to say I am finally on my way to healthier living! The supplements are KEY! I have hardly been hungry and no cravings! Thank you Dr. P!!!

5I am energetic and alert and I am losing weight. I do not feel hungry and I am not craving salt or sugar. My joints feel incredibly better.

Satisfying and effective!
5A friend online suggested this to me. I did not think I would be able to drink the egg white shakes but, to my surprise, with cold berries, the added coconut oil.....I didn't notice them at all! The supplements helped to keep me going, curb cravings and not have headaches. With the metabolic diet I lost nine pounds in 10 days and only added "dog walking" to my schedule. Love it. I am trying the 28 day diet now but, want to do the 10 dat metabolic diet again before my big cruise. Total lost 12lbs in 17 days.

A Game-Changer!
5After keeping about 8 or so unwanted pounds on for several months, I decided to give this a try. The thought of an egg white protein shake didn't thrill me but I went along with it...the protein shakes actually taste quite good (esp chocolate)and have no hint of an egg quality to them. The supplements are in packets which are fantastic. I followed the diet very closely for about five days then just watched what I ate for about five days and lost 10 lbs. Several of the key ingredients in the supplements are being touted by well-known physicians as great for metabolism...important since I am in the medical field. No jitters, no nausea (which I have had with other vitamins) and tons of energy!!

Thank you -metabolic formula works
5I've used the metabolic formula a couple times this year when I felt like I needed a boost. I read Dr. Perricone's book which supports it and the two (knowledge & product) work miracles. The egg white/blueberry shakes make all of the difference, of course while taking the supplements. I slimmed down and my skin looks so much younger. It is really unbelievalble.

Beautiful nails and stronger hair
5I only took them in the morning everyday. My hair had been damaged and was breaking off. I have never been able to grow my own nails very well. I now get comments about how good my nails look. My hair has stopped breaking and seems to be growing a bit faster. I was hoping to lose weight but that hasn't happened. However, I do feel an increase in by energy lever.

what a great product
5I have tryed many products for weight loss over the years. Due to the fact that I have recently started using Dr. Perricones products and love all of them, I thought I would give these a try,, well to my surprise they actually work. I managed to loose at least 8lbs while taking them, and continued my weight loss after the pills were completed. I am back down to a size 4-6 and loving it. Thanks Dr. Perricone
