Excellent Customer Service
5Worked with Kelly to place an order... had some questions... sent in an email... she responded with her direct line and assisted me with my purchase decision... made the process easy ... very professional.... so far I am enjoying the benefits of the product I selected which closely matches the recommendation in Perricone's book... the individual packs make it easy to portion out all the correct supplements for my needs in a single product.

Doesn't make you lose weight
2Just know that this product will not make you lose weight by itself. You have to be on a diet already. These are really just potent vitamin doses, which is good, but will not make you lose weight. I've actually GAINED a couple of pounds taking them without dieting. On the plus side, my nails seem stronger.

Excellent product!
5The Metabolic Support Supplements are fantastic! I followed the program around the holidays and it helped to keep me on track. I'm following it again as we kick off summer and have already lost over 3 lbs on day 3 of the program! Since you're investing the money in the supplements, it's motivating to stay on track with food and good sleep. I'm exercising every morning, drinking a lot of water, eating veggies, fish, fruit and herbal tea. I don't feel deprived of food. Highly recommend!

Excellent supplement
4I like Metabolic Support very much. It has helped me reduce cravings and reduce high carbs habit from dining out or vacation. At 126 lbs today. My goal is 120 so to keep taking this to help.

Day 1 of Metabolic Support
3Today is day 1 of taking Metabolic Support. I'm 132 lbs, 5'3", medium frame, energy level 6/10, have been having sinusitis or seasonal sinus allergy in the past month. So I'm cleaning healthy habits and lifestyle. My goal is to weigh 120 lbs. I'll journal and update my progress here. I have used this supplement in the past with good results. So , I'm using it now to help me reach my goal weight and increase health span. Thank you

Jumpstart a healthy regime
5Ok, I could get on the soapbox and tell you how the Perricone three day diet changed my life ten years ago but that story is too long for the space provided. Lets just say, since then, another baby, a divorce and career change had led me off track in the healthy living department. I had been trying to get back on the three day but couldn't seem to muster the willpower to stay with it. So I find out about this metabolic diet. Sounds a little bit much but my fat clothes were getting tight and I needed to get back on the road to looking and feeling good. Skeptical I was but in 10 days, even with a little cheating here and there, I'm back into my normal clothes. The diet also severely reduced my desire to cheat. Was never hungry, was never tired, the vitamins really helped. What is also amazing is that I look GREAT! Skin is clear and complexion good. So now, I am moving back in to the 3 day diet every week and plan on doing the metabolic for another 10 days in July. Moving back and forth deeps the momentum for weight loss and healthy living on track. I exercise quite a bit anyway so that helps too. I've tried a lot of diets over the years but the Perricone programs are very good, supported by science (not some crazy eating plan from some person on the internet with no credentials) and the experience of a skilled physician and the only ones that work for me over the long term.
