Great Support Supplement !!
5After reading Forever Young, like everyone, I couldn't wait to try the 10-day Detox! I first followed the plan without the Metabolic Supplements. I liked the diet and results, and decided to do it again with the supplements! I experienced a drastic difference! I was much more satisfied all day, and my energy soared! I had faster weight loss, and more firming and tightening of my skin all over, along with a feeling of softness and moistness! I live the Perricone three-tier philosophy lifestyle, and love the boost that this detox does for my health and personal weight maintenence. I am incorporating the Metabolic Formula with my Skin and Total Body supplement regimen! Thank you Dr. Perricone, we love being Forever Young!

Lost > 10lbs
5"DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN" First time user of Perricone supplements... but I am impressed! I followed the regimen for 10 days - luckily I like salmon!! I walked and did the elliptical machine for @ 45m minutes (medium) on 7 of the 10 days (today is my last day). Lost 12 lbs!!! Not sure if my results are typical or not. NOTE: I was 198lbs... so I have a lot to lose. Either way... WOW! Perfect kick start to lose another 25 lbs I think. In fact, am likely going to order the weight management supplements to help that along. Its a bit repetitive, but I can do anything for 10 days.... especially with these results!

A Must Have!!
5I buy 3 boxes at a time to last me 30 days. These supplements are nothing short of amazing. They help curb your appetite and just leave you feeling satisfied. They give you a lot of energy w/out making you feel jittery. I just love them because they contain EVERYTHING your body needs in the packs and your not having to add this or that to it. It's simple, you just take 3 packs, 3 times a day with your shakes or meals. You can take them whether your doing Metabolic Diet or the Fresh Start Challenge.

Magic pills without any hocus-pocus!!!
5These supplement are a must have for anyone looking to lose weight. They provide you with plenty of energy and curb cravings. I used them while I did the Metabolic Diet and was able to successfully lose 19lbs. A big plus is that the effects are long-lasting. After reading the dr's latest book I understand how these supplements work. You've definitley made a fan out of me.

It really, really works!
5I used these supplements in conjunction with the Metabolic Detox Diet. They work! I am certain they make all the difference in getting the BEST results. I had previously done the detox diet without the Metabolic Supplements. I did lose some weight, but I felt sluggish. Then when I did the detox diet again and used the Metabolic Supplements...not only did I lose MORE weight, but I felt AMAZING. I was not sluggish. I felt energized, less hungry and my skin looked fantastic (clear, glowing, even toned). I highly suggest using these supplements if you do the detox diet. They make all the difference.
