Good for my bone, but not for my stomach.
3I like this product because it helps me run. Before taking this vitamin, I have to take One-A-Day Women's Multivitamin. If I miss taking the One-A-Day Women's Multivitamin, my ankle makes noise and I tend to fall easily. I'm only 41. After taking this vitamin, I no longer have noise in my ankle when I walk. I can also run. I'm thankful for this good aspect of this vitamin. The not so good aspect of it is my stomach become so sensitive. I often throw up. I can't really allocate which type of food makes me throw up; because it varies. I know for sure when I switch from hot food to cold food, I throw up. I didn't have this problem before. When stop taking the vitamin, the throw up issue goes away. I called Perricone and asked which pill does what so that I can just take the calcium part and leave everything out. 3 customer service persons couldn't tell exactly which pill does what. It's really sad. It does cross my mind that the company is hiding something from me. Why can't they tell me flat out?

First time buyer - taken 4 times at the moment
3I have been taking this 4 times now. When you start taking the pills the first 3 days, i could totally felt the tiredness after taken it. I have read one review before it mention this affect as well. Definately do not take these pills before you sleep unless you want to stay up in the middle of the night. I stay awake untill 3am last night! Still observing the changes it will do to me. I hope it helps more on skin and hair as im getting not enough nutrition the food i intake daily and vegetables. Hairloss is a big problem to me right now.

5I have been taking these for about a month now and I have noticed a great improvement in my overall health and wellbeing. I take 1 pack a day with my breakfast. I have noticed that I feel mentally sharper, I have more energy, and my skin has improved. I also suffer from PMDD (severe PMS-depression, pain, cramping, and fatigue) and since taking these I have not had any symptoms! I can't believe it! I will continue to buy these forever. I can't recommend these enough!

loving them
4i barley started to take the skin and total body supplements about three weeks ago and i can already feel great and my skin looks great as well. i am a first time mother and i would always feel tired without energy and this supplements boosted up my energy levels. i also had some acne in my back and a in chest and now is totally gone. It is expensive but its worth the money. i also started to do exercise and eat healthier so i think in order for the supplements to work you have to start making better choices on your health. Hope this helps

Simply, the BEST!
5I have been taking Dr. Perricone's Skin & Total Body Supplements for years, and at age 50, I've been told by my doctor that my skin looks much younger than my age. There is a glow that you get with these vitamins, and energy levels increase significantly. My hair is shinier and thicker and my nails are healthy, as well. By far, the best supplement program that is out there!

Over priced and far from effective!
1Long story short - really believe in the idea of skin supplements and was with this one for about a year and before that imedeen for 3 years. Honestly, they did nothing for me but I so desperately wanted it all to work. I have since found a product on a correxiko site - the close up skin supplement and it is magnificent. I am post menopause and my skin needed something genuine. I won't go on but my point is, from all these supposed skin supplements, you should be able to see or feel a difference. If you don't then don't just keep paying out. Keeping trying new products until you find one that works for you. Good Luck!! :)

Fountain of Youth
5After taking supplement for two years, I took a 6 months break. I tried other supplements in those 6 month, but went back to the total skin because my skin started looking older. I take two packets to get back on track and give my skin a boost and then I'll scale down to one packet.

Great product especially for bone
5Beside increase energy, improve skin texture, this vitamine helps bone growth/strengthen bone as well. I use to take women's one a day vitamin. If I skip to take one day, my bone makes noises every time I walk. Since I take Perricone MD Skin and Total Body Suppliment, I no longer hear noise when I walk. When I forget to take it for a couple days, no problem. It's not a big deal like before. I no longer have cramp. Also, I had an infection on my tooth. After the infection is removed, I bone grew back noticeably. My dentist told me my bone grow fast. In addition, I work out and run at my full capacity. I jump rope freely. I'm so happy to have a very strong pair of legs.
