High quality vitamins; makes a difference
5I have been taking half a dose (1 packet per day) for a couple of years now, with noticeable improvements in health. In particular, my energy level, ability to control unhealthy food cravings, and overall physical and mental endurance are much better, and I can tell the difference if I've missed a few days. I was hesitant at first because of the cost, and the number of pills takes some getting used to (but you do get used to it), but the benefits are totally worth it. If you have the money go for it and I'd recommend sticking to taking the vitamins daily for a few weeks to start seeing benefits.

Healthiest supplement on the market
5I can't & don't let a day go by without taking my skin & total body supplements. I'm 73 and on no meds- and feel taking these supplements, as I have done ever since the product was distributed, is one of the reasons I'm still extremely healthy. I give this product a necessity in my life.

4I used this product for two month and was asked several times "what are you doing to your skin, It's Glowing?' Because of the price I only used 1 pack per day but still saw significant improvement.. no breakout, nails and hair are shinny and growing..I will definitely continue to use but I plan to no use it twice a day.. I'm sure the difference will be even greater .. Thanks Dr. Perricone one again you never disappoint...

insurance policy for healthy
5I take this product in the morning after breakfast. I live a very busy life and don't always eat a balanced diet. I feel that Skin and Total Body supplements give me a good start to the day and continue giving me energy throughout the evening. I feel that I have more stamina to live my life the way I want to and at almost 65 I go to the gym 4 times a week and volunteer one day a week.

The best
5I love these vitamins. I have taken them off and on for years. I recently started taking again. I no longer take Centrum silver nor do I HAVE TO take Osteo Bi-Flex joint care. I suppose they would work better if I took 2 packs a day. Too expensive for that and one is doing just fine. I also have started to take Dr. Perricone Omega 3. I started by adding 3 but cut back to one as the larger amount seem to make me blotted.I love these vitamins. Believe me I have tried a lot of different ones but these work the best.

4Can you add Vitamin D to this? Then it would be perfect! All us girls who care about our skin really avoid the sun so need that D.

The best combination supplements
5My husband and I both take the supplements morning and night and have found them to be the best blend of vitamins. We have tried many over the years and they didn't come close to the results we got from the Skin & Total Body. Cost wise even though sometimes the exchange rate makes it high I still am happy to pay as the product has given us the vitality & energy to cope with our busy work schedules & stress, and it helped eliminate pain and inflammation in our joints.We love the product and to try and take all the nutrients in the blend with other brands you would have to take so many tablets and the cost would be double or more.So if you are hesitant don't be just try it and give it a go you will see the difference.
