Made my eyelids peel

Wanted to swap 2 bottles (one was an intro gift with order) of Nutritive Cleanser with something I can use, because it made my eyelids irritated, red, swollen, and peeling. Customer support recommend I use the cleanser somewhere else. I bought the package because I wanted a facial cleanser, so I was very disappointed that I couldn't return it or exchange it (14 day limit).They said that I couldn't change the auto-delivery cleanser, so even though the other two products are okay (one is fishy) I have to cancel the auto-delivery and throw away the 2 bottles of cleanser. I had three interactions with customer support on this order, each one frustrating and disappointing.

I have not seen much of a different on my face. I used them mornings and nights and my fines line around the mouth area still the same. I am not sure if I will order these combination again. It does not work for me. My face looks tired.
