Yes would reccomend
5I've been taking the total health and wellbeing supplements on and off now for about 5 years. I feel the benefits are so good that I would like to share my experience with those interested . Despite a very healthy diet and lifestyle. I still notice a huge improvement. This is what happens when I start taking 1 sachet per day, then within 4-5 days : - Like a well-oiled machine I bounce out of bed each morning. - My memory becomes sharper and I can think clearly - My hair becomes lustrous - My skin becomes supple - Stronger nails - My energy levels are boundless - I become more proficient at my job, - My concentration levels improve, - I can solve problems easier, and am more alert - I become a mad woman cleaning the house from top to bottom , & still have energy for exercises, shop, come home cook dinner for my family and clean up afterwards, read books , wash and vacuum the car , check oil, and tyres, mow the lawn, part time studies, talk , play, pay my bills, tidy up paper work, scrub the shower & toilet & bathtub...all in one day ! - My joints are more flexible and I can stretch and bend without a hitch or pulling a muscle - Like the energizer bunny I just keep going... However when I stop taking them ( 1 sachet per day ) .. About 4-5 days later this is what happens I basically turn into the walking dead. & just barley function. I come home from work and sit on the couch, and can't even been bothered making a meal, and leave everyone to fend for themselves. My energy level drops, and I struggle to get out of bed. I feel tired most of the time Stiff joints, my hair becomes dry and brittle, my skin loses its suppleness, and that " glow " I become forgetful , vague, & grumpy. Wake up in the morning feeling with "cloudy" mind .. I start to feel like a rusty old car with flat tyres, no fuel & no "spark" This is my experience, & although I'm on the other side of the world & it does get expensive. I will keep taking them.

Don't bother
2Don't bother with this product, just buy a very nice Juicer, make yourself green juices every day and you are going to see a fantastic improvement of our health and beauty.

Absolutely worth the money
5I take these twice a day and they are absolutely amazing. My energy increases and I feel fantastic!
