This is a must-have!
5Due to the cost, I have been taking only 1 packet per day for over 2 1/2 years and can say that my skin is glowing. I have always had stick-straight fine hair until I started this supplement program. Now my hair is so full of body and actually curly. I really believe in this product and can only imagine the great results if I could afford to take the recommended 2 packets per day!!

Finally supplements that REALLY work!
5I started taking these supplements about 2 months ago. Yesterday I got my hair highlighted (usually go every 8-9 weeks) and my colorist said "What are you doing - you have SO much brand new hair!" I thought about it and told her was taking these supplements (didn't tell her when I started). She said I had about two months worth of a lot of brand new hair. I had been feeling like my hair was unusually healthy lately and all this untouched, unprocessed hair is why. (I'm 48 years old and have been highlighting for 25+ years -- along with getting grey.) My nails look great too. I try all kinds of new things - and after a month or two give up thinking...."nothing works". For ONCE I am a believer!

Best supplements I've ever used!
5I am a long time user of this supplement program and I can honestly say that I can definitely tell a difference when I take them twice a day. I find that my hair and nails are healthier and grow so fast and I feel like I have more energy. I also love that I am getting so many nutrients in this one supplement program that covers all bases and I don't have to bother taking anything else. It really is a complete supplement program and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for better overall health. A+!

5I have been using these vitamins for two years now and has totally transformed me.. I will be 48 this year and people tell me I look easily ten years younger.. I am convinced it is these vitamins.. I take them once a day and they have given me more energy to go to the gym (I don't drink coffee). My skin looks and feels amazing.. My finger joint pain stops like that. My hair went from thinning badly to very thick now and my nails grow very fast. I once went without these for a month and it was the worst month of my life.. 5I've been using the 1 pack a day approach with these supplements for about 2 months and I've seen a noticable difference. I am Black, have dark skin with large pores in T-zone area, and extremely oily skin on face and back, but extremely dry skin on scalp and arms/legs. These supplements have drastically reversed all this. My face & back are no where near as oily which has decreased my acne break outs. My skin is smoother all over, I look younger, and have received compliments from others on my skin. The greatest thing I can say about this product, is that since taking the supplements my immune system is on Wonder Woman level. This last pollen outburst we had in the South would have left me on all kinds of medication to combat the Spring cold I usually get. I had no symtoms of cold/allergies at all this season. That there is enough for me to remain on these forever! My mom is sold on my visible results and will be purchasing the same for herself. These are well worth the money.

5I take these easy packed supplements twice a day. Everything you need for healthy hair, nails, skin, bone & joint support. I love that everything you need is already packaged for you. I have been taking these supplements for several years. I have noticed my skin is more supple & not so dry. My hair & nails are so much stronger and grow a lot quicker. The packets are easy to take along when I travel. After seeing the improvement in my skin, I highly recommend these supplements.

u just have to try them
5i take two package a day 1 after breakfast and the other before 3p.m they give me lots of energy but not to where u feel jittery, i have been takin the for about 6-7 years on and off i introduce my son to them and know ths is the only vit that we take. u can actually feel a difference right away on your energy,on ur joints,and skin,hair and nails, i get lots of complements thank-u drP for this wonderful product
