Absolutely fabulous!
5I've only been taking these for a short time and LOVE them. My hair and nails are growing like weeds, and my fine lines on my forehead are diminishing. My skin just glows! Additionally, my energy is through the roof. I was skeptical but thought I'd take a shot - am I glad I did. I only take one packet a day because they are so expensive, but it has still made a tremendous difference. [...] I know everybody will have their own experience but I highly recommend giving these a try.

The Total Skin & Body Suppl. are Great!
5I love these supplements and believe they are well worth the cost, but I only take 1 pack/day because they are expensive. I'm 47 and I'm often told I look many years younger. I've been taking these supplements exclusively for about 2 yrs and definately feel the difference without them. You get used to the amount of pills over time.

Skin & Total Body
5Before I purchased Skin & Total Body supplements, I read lots of reviews on different sites. I used them now for three weeks every day. Due to cost of the supplements, I use only one package a day and I take it with lunch. I see difference in my skin - my pores got smaller, skin is much clearer and it has more even look. I believe it also helped with my dark circles under the eyes, they are lighter. Some people complain about Omega 3 fish smell - I have not experience it. I take them with meal and have no problems. I feel they are worth of trying.

Can't live without them!
5I take these 2x a day everyday. I work in retail and NEVER get sick while I take them. My hair & nails grow like crazy, my acne on face & body clears up & they helped me lose about 50 pounds over the 2 years that I've been taking them. When I don't have them, I can feel the difference & its not good! They are expensive, but I consider them a worthy investment for my skin & body!
