These omega-3 supplements are great. They do not have a fishy taste, as many other brands do. They actually are made of high quality ingredients. My skin looks and feels better than it has in years! I find with omega 3 suppliments it can be hit or miss on quality and ease of use (not tasting fishy oils later on); luckily this product is a hit. These are easy to swallow and make for easy digestion as well.
