Love it
5What I have wanted . Live in a very humid environment, and have had oily skin most of my life. So the "glow" look is not for me. Now I have combination skin, I am 69 and prefer a natural more matte look. This is perfect, if I wear it under make up, there is no need for blotting papers or more powder. It lasts all day. I likes it so much that I have already purchased a 2nd jar. Don't ever want to run out it is part of my daily routine

Beware dry skin
2I really wanted to love this product... But it didn’t work well for my dry skin, I used my rare beauty foundation which is also silicone base and it just emphasized dry spots and the product separated sooo bad.Â

Disappointed in appearance
2The primer has a strange cool sensation when applied; once applied, it settles in pores. when applied under the foundation, it is not smooth, but has a whitish look to the skin, as if the foundation cannot melt into the skin. very pricey and I don't think I will use it. It also turned my skin a bit red- so if you have acne or rosacea, this product would not help.

Thick primer
4This is a very thick primer. It melts a little in your hands and spreads easily. It provides a matte finish and look to your makeup. The only area I don’t recommend it is under the eyes. Unfortunately it encourages products settling into fine lines and wrinkles under the eyes. I use just moisturizer there and it works better. A good product but I’m not sure I’d purchase again.Â

Disappointing Debut: A Review of Perricone's Primer-Moisturizer
1I cannot convey how excited I was to try this. I'm a huge fan of Perricone products + had just gotten + loved the tinted serum foundation. The idea of a primer-moisturizer made so much sense to me + is seemingly hard to find. I have good skin, good genes, take care of my face. I use almost entirely Perricone products. But this is sorely lacking. My face looked… not splotchy, not dry. Smeared? Just bad. I put it on correctly.  I know it's this product because using a different primer + different moisturizer doesn't cause the same issue,Â

Primer absolutely love this!!!
5To be honest, I have never used a primer, heard of Primer or cared about it. WELL, that has all changed. I've been Blessed with Olive skin, so I really don't have to wear foundation. I bought this primer to keep my face from shining so much. Was afraid would dry my skin out. To my surprise, not at all. I do my morning routine. I do let it go natural until ready to go out. Then I apply a THIN layer over my entire face. It's wonderful!! Keeps my face from shining and it is so soft and natural looking all day!! So at night I do same, put on moisturizer and serums do whatever has to be done. Then right before bed I put a THIN layer on and it keeps my moisturizer on my face and not my pillow case!!!! Absolutely love this, already have my back up bottle!! I'm over 55 & get compliments ALL the time on my completion. 😀

Not for all Skin
2I have been happy with Perricone products, but this one just wasn't for me. I tried applying per the directions and it made my skin look pasty, flat and I really looked dead. I believe it probably isn't for my normal/dry skin. The previous review mentioned her oily skin and I can understand how it might work well for that type. So I just am adding caution to those with dry or regular skin. It might not work and best to get a "sample' if at all possible, to see if it works for you. All other products I've tried have been super!

Best Moisturizer I have ever used plus it's a primer
5I received this Perricone MD Instant Blur Priming Moisturizer from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest opinion. I am so glad I was sent this to try! I have extremely oily skin and every moisturizer I have ever used (which has been around 50+)has left my skin oily after using, except this one. It has a lightweight, creamy texture that is very light on my skin, yet left my face soft, smooth and flawless looking and feeling. It has a very faint, nice aroma that is not overpowering and smells great. I use it every morning as part of my skincare routine and apply it to my face and neck as the last step before putting on my makeup. It has not left my face oily or shiny the first time and my makeup goes on smoothly over it not showing any remnants of my enlarged pores, scars or dark circles under my eyes. I don't know how I have lived without this product for so long but I won't be without it again. I would highly recommend this product to everyone but essentially people like me with oily skin that always looks oily no matter what you do or try. If you're looking for a moisturizer or moisturizing primer then you definitely got to try this, you won't regret it!
