Lactobacillus Ferment: Blemish-Prone Skin Balancer. A patented ferment created from plant-derived lactobacillus plantarum that promotes a clear, calm and soothed complexion by selectively targeting blemish-causing bacteria. It also helps support a healthy skin balance.

Affordable option instead of going to a Dermatologist
If you have acne, Perricone MD is an excellent acne remedy. Since I've been using it for a few weeks, I've seen a good, subtle improvement in my skin's ability to treat any existing acne and stop the development of new outbreaks. This may be used all over the face, however at night I prefer to use it more for spot treatments. I wash my face well before using this product. I have not observed any irritation or excessive drying. I suggest visiting a dermatologist if you have cystic acne.

The Perricone Acne Relief Maximum Strength Clearing Treatment works good on my combination skin. The cream dispenses well and applies smoothly to my skin. The cream feels soothing snd6i noticed with continued use that the acne on my face cleared up and my skin remained clear.

Acne and stress relief
Perricone MD Acne Relief Maximum Strength Clearing Treatment has been a godsend for my combination skin and the few pimples that like to take up real estate on my face rent-free. This is the spot treatment I didn't know I needed...until now. Since incorporating this into my skincare routine, those pesky little pimples have greatly diminished. It's lightweight and doesn't have a strong fragrance- if it has one at all! The ingredients in this product are top of the line and were patented with a prebiotic approach. It consists of biomimetic oat protein, skin-soothing cica, niacinamide, retinol, and lactobacillus ferment to help calm flare-ups, all of which are CLEAN! With that being said, please make sure to conduct a sensitivity/patch test before using this for the first time! My only qualm is that I couldn't help but question the efficiency of this product, or if I would get the full benefits, since it states for best results, use after cleansing with Perricone MD's Acne Relief Gentle & Soothing Cleanser. The skeptic inside me is left wondering if this is a marketing strategy or if the product is less effective by itself? Regardless, this has been the best spot treatment I've used in years and I intend on continuing to use it for many more years to come! I would recommend you give it a try as well!

Helped Acne
This product has helped my acne diminish after a few days. It's moisturizing and light weight. It did irritate my skin alottle but im just happy to cleared up my outbreak.

Really works!
I have been using this product as part of my daily skincare routine and I can really tell a difference in my skin! My skin is much clearer and I have fewer breakouts. This treatment is creamy and feels very nice and lightweight on my skin. I have not experienced any irritation while using it. I will be making it a permanent part of my acne regimen. I highly recommend this product!

Clear off my skin
Very effective product, I am very satisfied with the results and how clear off my skin. It is very soft and absorb into my skin, it is a little bit tacky like heavy but in general great product for my skin, I highly recommend it

Not super impressed
This feels fine going on and didn't irritate my skin but I didn't notice it make much of a difference in my break outs especially cluster breaks outs as I had hoped. Not something I'd purchase as it didn't work for me.

Fantastic results
I am so glad I got this acne treatment to try out. It has not only worked to clear my skin in less than a week but it also has improved the look and texture immensely. After using for three weeks now I am impressed. It works well and doesn't dry my skin out with no irritation. I just apply at night before bed and know I'll have clear skin in the morning. I also like that instead of just salicylic acid for acne it also has probiotics to improve overall skin health Couldn't be happier with this treatment and will be keeping on hand from now on.
