Proceed through the portal and you’ll be given the option to choose a carrier to fulfil your return.

Once received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

Our Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

We've made our returns process easier, we ask that you follow a few guidelines when preparing a return:

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of shipment.
  • Returns must include all products shipped, including any gift with purchase, promotional products or samples.
  • Any product issues (missing or damaged), must be reported within 14 days of shipping.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from Perricone MD (our website or our Skincare Specialists).
  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
  • In the event that you return part of a kit, we will refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for Perricone MD to receive and process your return.
  • We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. For returns purchased through these channels, please contact the store directly.
  • For QVC returns, please contact 1-888-345-5788.

How do I return an item?

Can I return a product if I no longer want it?

We want all of our customers to enjoy their products, so if you’re not happy with your order you can send it back to us.

What happens once my item is returned?

Once received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!

If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, then you'll need to contact our Customer Service team through your account.
