The Perricone MD Promise

We believe in science-based health and beauty innovations, backed by research and clinically tested results. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and stand by the superior quality of our products.

Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, upon product return we will issue a refund of the purchase price*.

 

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Any product issues must be reported within 14 days of shipping.
  • *Returns must include all products shipped, including any gift with purchase, promotional products or samples.
  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
  • In the event that you return part of a kit, we will refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 14 business days for Perricone MD to receive and process your return.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from Perricone MD (our website or our toll-free number 1-888-823-7837). We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. For returns purchased through these channels, please contact the store directly.
    • For QVC returns, please contact 1-888-345-5788.
    • For purchases made on SubD.com 'As Seen on TV' (Guthy Renker), please contact 1-800-567-0287.

How to Return

Should you decide to return a product please email our Customer Care team at onlineservice@perriconemd.com with the following information:

  • A copy of your order
  • Order #
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return/exchange

Failure to include this information will delay processing and/or your return will be sent back to you.

We are unable to mail return labels to international addresses. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Price adjustments will be honored for recently purchased items up to 14 days post purchase. Price adjustments do not apply to Auto Delivery orders.

Returning Canadian & International Orders

Duties, Taxes, Fees: The consumer / recipient of a Canada or other international shipment destination is solely responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  Additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient; Perricone MD has no control over these charges, nor can Perricone MD predict what they may be.   Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Returns: Perricone MD is not responsible for any return shipping costs or fees from international destinations. No refunds will be issued without return receipt of all products and samples to Perricone MD’s return facility.  No refunds will be issued for any shipments “refused” or “abandoned” at the destination country’s customs office.  The consumer / recipient is solely responsible for the shipment’s return to Perricone MD’s facility, before any refunds or exchanges can be processed. It is highly recommended when returning an international shipment, that the consumer / recipient choose a shipping method that offers tracking and destination confirmation receipt.
