Perricone MD Perricone Plus+ Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the Perricone MD Perricone Plus+ Rewards Program (‘Perricone Plus+ Rewards’), which includes the collection and redemption of Loyalty Points (‘Points’) and any Perricone Plus+ Rewards rewards and incorporate the terms and conditions that govern the use of the https://www.perriconemd.com website and any equivalent local websites. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of contract between THG Beauty Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’) via PERRICONE MD and each member of Perricone Plus+ Rewards (‘Member’, ‘You’, ‘Your’).
Perricone Plus+ Rewards is intended for personal use only to reward customers of PERRICONE MD with rewards and Points based on spend exclusively with PERRICONE MD. Points are intended to be converted to credit to be spent on future purchases with PERRICONE MD.
Perricone Plus+ Rewards is open to all PERRICONE MD customers on www.perriconemd.com (‘Website’) aged 16 or over. Entry is free with no purchase necessary.
You will need to have a PERRICONE MD account and opt-in to Perricone Plus+ Rewards. Members are only entitled to one Perricone Plus+ Rewards account each. PERRICONE MD reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit Points issued to such account without liability.
By enrolling into Perricone Plus+ Rewards, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions so we recommend that you read these carefully.
The Points are issued by and remain the property of PERRICONE MD who may, at any time, terminate or alter the operation of Perricone Plus+ Rewards or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give You reasonable notice of any amends. Earning or redeeming Points will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
You may opt out of Perricone Plus+ Rewards at any time by logging into Your account on the Website and selecting ‘Opt Out’.
You will be rewarded with 100 Points when you opt-in to Perricone Plus+ Rewards.
As a member of Perricone Plus+ Rewards, You may be given exclusive priority access to sales events, new launches, product bundles and free gifts from time to time.
Earning Points
Effective May 1, 2026
You will start earning Points when You place an order and it has been dispatched.
You will earn 3 Points for every $1 spent on www.perriconemd.com (excluding shipping costs). Points are rewarded on the value of the basket minus any promotional discounts.
To earn Points on purchases on the Website, You must be signed into Your PERRICONE MD account at the point of purchase.
Where You make a purchase on the Website in Your local currency, the number of Points You earn will be calculated using the USD value of Your purchase in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Points will be added to your account after 30 days of an eligible purchase being made by You on the Website.
Where a refund is issued in accordance with the PERRICONE MD Returns Policy, any Points You earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your Perricone Plus+ Rewards account.
We may occasionally offer promotions under which You may earn additional Points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion.
PERRICONE MD may set a limit on the number of times Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional Points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behavior or personal use may be considered as abuse of Perricone Plus+ Rewards.
You can check your Perricone Plus+ Rewards Points balance at any time via Your account on the Website.
The Points You earn will remain in Your Perricone Plus+ Rewards account until they are converted into Credit (defined below) or until they expire.
Points are non-transferrable.
The maximum Points available to earn per transaction is capped at 10,000.
The maximum Points a Member can accumulate over a 12 month period is 100,000.
Loyalty points expire 365 days from the date earned. New purchases do not extend the expiry of existing points. Tier status is retained for 365 days from promotion, provided your points balance remains above the tier threshold. Returns made within 40 days of tier promotion may result in immediate tier demotion if your points drop below the required threshold.
Converting Points into Credit and spending
Points must be converted into account credit (”Credit”) to spend on the Website via the Your Account section.
At the time of converting your Points to Credit you will have a choice of currency. If your preferred currency is not USD You will be required to select Your preferred currency available at the time of conversion.
After you have converted Points to Credit you will not be able to exchange Your Credit for an alternative currency.
For local currencies, the value of Credit is based on the exchange rate and may be subject to change.
To convert Your Points into Credit, You must log in to your account on the Website and follow the instructions provided. Once Your Points have been converted, they will be deducted from Your Perricone Plus+ Rewards balance, and You will receive the corresponding amount of Credit. Credits will be visible at checkout.
Points can be converted in multiples of $10, $15, $20, $25. $30 & $35. The minimum conversion to Credit is $5, there is no upper limit to conversion if the Points are available to redeem.
Once +Points are converted to Credit, the Credit will expire after 30 days.
Credit is valid for a single transaction only. Credits can be redeemed against any product or subscription on PERRICONE MD, subject to normal PERRICONE MD product exclusions.
Credit must be selected at point of purchase to be redeemed against the purchase. If not selected, Credit will remain visible in Your checkout until expiry.
Credit cannot be exchanged or used to purchase PERRICONE MD gift vouchers or gift cards.
You can see Your eligible Credit and converted Credit when You log in to Your Account on the Website.
Tiers and Levels
You will be assigned a tier (”Level”) based on Your accumulated Points balance.
The Levels are:
Power+ Member = 250+ Points
Power+ Full = 1000+ Points
Power+ Plus = 3000+
Power+ Elite = 7500+
You will remain in Your Level for 12 months (“Membership Year”), unless Your accumulated Points balance reaches a higher Level threshold which will result in You entering a new Level.
To maintain Your Level for a further 12 months, You must earn enough Points to meet the minimum required threshold of that Level before the Membership Year ends or You will be moved to a lower Level based on the total Points earned during Your Membership Year.
Your Level is limited to the spend using your Perricone Plus+ Rewards account. Any spend outside of your Perricone Plus+ Rewards account will not contribute to Your Level.
Your Level determines a reward (“Reward”) that is available to use during the Membership Year.
Rewards are subject to change at our sole discretion.
You must opt-in to receive email communications from PERRICONE MD.
PERRICONE MD may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Perricone Plus+ Rewards accounts or Points (in whatever form) and / or remove a Member from the program at any time where PERRICONE MD has a reasonable belief of:
any abuse or attempted abuse of Perricone Plus+ Rewards;
any breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions;
any behavior relating to Perricone Plus+ Rewards or PERRICONE MD that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behavior, or supplying false or misleading information.
Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if PERRICONE MD determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions.
