No adverse side effects, but no results so far
3I am only a couple of weeks in on this supplement regiment, but so far I haven't seen significant improvement in my skin. I have combination oily skin with consistent deep comedone white heads around my chin area, black heads on my forehead, and occasional deep red pimples here and there. The occasional pimples are completely gone and I think there is a reduction of black heads, but the white heads remain. I give the supplements three stars because they don't upset my stomach or leave my breath smelling funky.

Would like to try for longer time to see
4I separated the daily dose into two days and I have taken them several days. So far I cannot see anything but I would like to continue to finish one month box to see.

Best vitamins ever!
5I am a 64 year old woman. This is better than any cream to make your skin younger looking! It clears your skin, so it is not blotchy. It plumps up your skin a bit so that your skin is smooth and gives it a more youthful look. I love this! Whenever it is on sale I always make sure I purchase extra boxes.

5This product saved my self steem! I was suffering from hormonal acne deep painful cysts that left horrible acne marks on my skin.. after a couple of taking these and avoiding chemical skin care, my skin is almost completely clear, no need for makeup. The only time I discontinue taking these I broke out again. A little pricey but it's worth my self steem! ^_^

5I really love these. They do what they say they will do with additional health benefits -- win win! I also notice that the length of time my acne lasts, as well as the overall irritation/size is greatly reduced.
