      I tried this because at my age I need help sleeping and don't want to rely on prescription drugs. This took a few days to kick in then I did sleep better. Not perfect but fewer wake-ups.

      Aftter the first few times taking it I felt that it kept me up all night because of bathroom trips. Not exactly helping me sleep. But after my body got used to it that stopped. Now I take it for about a week along with a homeopathic sleep spray then it looses effectiveness and I go off it for a few days and take soomething else.

      So I guess I would say it's a 50/50 shot. And for someone older I'm not sure how effective this would be on its own. But I keep it in my sleep arsenal.

        I use the Sleep Booster whenever I have those nights that I'm either super wired or had too much caffeine but need to fall asleep fast. Every time I take the Sleep Booster, I fall asleep within 15 minutes and stay asleep for hours. I don't feel groggy or half asleep in the morning.

            I tried this product and am loving it! Sleep booster is a must-have when I need to travel to different time zone to avoid jet lag. At first I was concerned if I will rely on this product in order to sleep, but no, not at all. I take it when I need to fall asleep quicker, earlier, better...

            I recommended sleep booster to my wife (usually we take sleep booster together), my parents, and a few friends (including a friend who studies computer science and need sleep booster to sleep before midnight at times...)

              I love the Sleep Booster. I am going through menopause and my sleep is not consistent. Taking one capsule before bedtime helps me to relax and fall into a restful sleep for most of the night. The best part is there is no grogginess in the morning, unlike some other sleep aids I've tried. I also like that is has natural ingredients in it like the melatonin rather than chemicals.

                I have been looking for something to help me sleep for some time. I have tried up to 30 grams of Melatonine, L-Theanine, essential oils, alcohol, and even Ambien - all separately.                           I decided to try the Sleep Booster because while I was able to get to sleep, I wasn't getting solid deep sleep. That all changed with the Sleep Booster. Doesn't have that typical sleep aid feel, able to wake and function without problem. The Sleep I got was solid and deep and woke up feeling much better.                             I am now on my second bottle of this wonderful sleep aid and all I can say is Thank You! I have been taking melatonin for years and it's ok, helps somewhat however this new Perricone formula much more than just melatonin and truly works. I can't swallow pills or capsules easily so I empty one capsule into applesauce every night and within a short time I'm sound asleep. Don't want to be without this product and highly recommend.

                            I used the Sleep tablet two nights in a row. I have terrible insomnia, not from stress though. I feel that the tablet itself helped me sleep but even more importantly, after taking it just two nights, the third night I slept very well on my own and have since then. It seemed to put me in a better sleep pattern.
