Disappointed
2This is the 2nd time in 4 months I had to take this because perricone md keeps running out of stock of my total body supplement. I do not need the weight loss ,but this it what the company sent instead. As a loyal paying customer for several years I am disappointed not to be able to consistently get the product that works for me without side effects.

Garbage
1Zero effect. No change in appetite, no change in weight, no change in skin, no change in nails or hair. Used strictly for two months.

I'll never be without!
5I take these supplements everyday and have been for at least the last decade with few exceptions. I've noticed during those times I've not used them I feel fatigued and notice my skin and general health are not as good. I highly recommend to anyone who is health conscious!

5As a skincare professional & health coach, I've used this product off and on for 12 years. I always come back to it because of its efficacy & potency. Use as directed to lose weight and/or build muscle mass. Use one packet a day to maintain your weight, best if taken 30 minutes before your meal.

Great product with results
5I have been using for about 10 years. With multiple autoimmune diseases, I feel this product has helped me stay stable and on entry level drugs. I feel great and am able to maintain the body weight I was consistently. It is not a diet related drug it is a way of living supplement.

Amazing skin!
5I bought this for myself for my 45th birthday but I was concerned that all these supplements would upset my stomach. I'm very sensitive to vitamins and didn't think I could do it. But this hasn't been an issue at all. I've only been taking them 1 week. Today is day 7 and I can't believe the change in my skin. Absolutely amazing. I haven't lost any weight but I chose these as weight management more than for weight loss. I've increased lean protein in my diet which may be helping curb the carb cravings but the supplements seem like they are working on that too. Not even a desire/craving for a glass of wine at night (truly amazing). If you can stand taking all these pills, you will definitely see great results for your skin. Smoother, decreased wrinkles around mouth and eyes (for sure!). After the 28 days I may switch to the 'casual' supplement line as in the long run, I will likely stick to a plan with less daily supplements.

Not worth the price
1I expected more from the perricone line. I took these supplements for an entire year and they just weren't that great. I did not notice any difference in taking them, plus I realized I needed to supplement them with my own vitamins which sort of defeats the whole purpose of the convenient packs. Several ingredients such as magnesium, vit d, total omega 3 content, cla and co q10 and just way too low. 250 iu of vit d? 10mg of coq10? Come on now! I am a pharmacist so I do have experience with supplements.
