THE SCIENCES
Naturally found in fruits, sugar cane and milk, Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) are chemical exfoliating agents that slough off dead skin cells. Removing the dead surface cell build-up visibly brightens skin and smooths rough texture, while helping skincare ingredients be effectively absorbed into the skin.
The primary benefit of AHAs for skin is that it contains very small molecules. The molecules’ sizes allow them to sink in for long-term exfoliating benefits.
