I've never written a review for a skin care product before, but the results I've seen with Dr. Perricone's Vitamin C Ester 15 have been so amazing, I felt compelled to do so. Firstly, for those of you that dislike the fishy smell of some Perricone treatments (like Cold Plasma - which I happen to love BTW), look no further! This product smells absolutely delicious - think zesty oranges. Arguably it's the best smelling product in the entire Dr. Perricone line.You can immediately see the effects of this product working. When you first apply Vitamin C Ester 15, it feels like any other cream, but as you continue to work the product into your face, it takes on a powder like quality, which leaves your skin looking very matte. I guess this is the "drying" effect.The results are immediate and very noticeable. My skin looks brighter, my pores are smaller and the sun damage across my nose and cheeks has reduced in its appearance. Try this product, you will not be disappointed!!!Tip: When I first started using this product, I was applying Serum Prep first (another personal favorite), however, I found the combination to be a little drying for my sensitive skin and it caused some irritation around my eyes. I was really disheartened because I wanted to love this product, however, as soon as I stopped using the Serum Prep and Vitamin C Ester 15 together, voila - no irritation and glowing skin!As another reviewer suggested, I apply this treatment immediately after my shower, when my face is still a little damp. I usually follow up with Face Finishing Moisturizer (or Cold Plasma) and Cold Plasma Eye. Love it.

I was very disappointed with the product. Granted I did not expect miracles, as I am 54 and have some new wrinkles along my left check and have noticed a bit of looseness of my skin on my cheeks. However although it says Tightens and Brightens, I saw none of either. Absolutely NO difference at all. For the price I was extremely disappointed.

I saw results after just 4 weeks

This is by far my favourite Perricone product. Each tube lasts me 5 weeks. I apply it every night after my toner and follow with cold plasma or Advance night repair by EL (it works great with both), it has a pleasant citrus smell and a very light paste consistency that matifies my face after it dries (since i have oily skin I love the feeling). I saw significant results after 4 weeks, all the redness in my cheeks was gone and the acne scars were lighten. Its not irritating at all, I can even use it the same day I have my 20% salicylic peel done and the next day i wake up to radiant more even looking complexion.
No noticable difference

I have tried all the items in the 7 piece and the power treatment collection as well as blue plasma. This tube of VitCE is the best thing I've used. It goes on smooth and dry and in the mornings, the redness from lingering blemishes has significantly faded. And it smells nicely citrus-y to boot. This has helped even-out my skintone more than anything else. If I had to buy one thing from Perricone MD, it'd be this!

THE VERY BEST

I am 57 and have been using VCE15 for over a year now; it is a fantastic product! Apply a thin layer of VCE15 on cleansed and toned skin before Cold Plasma at night. Avoid eye area and be sure to cover skin to the hair line and below the jaw line. I have noticed that VCE15 has lightened the dark spots on my face as well as brightening, smoothing and tightening and my skin. This is an easy product to use and has a pleasant citrus smell. I have normal/dry skin that can be sensitive. I worried this would be too drying for my skin (especially since I live in a very arid climate) but I found it very gentle. I totally love the results I've seen with my skin due to VCE15. I highly recommend this wonderful product!!

Glowing

I am 8 months pregnant, and only after two weeks of using this product people could not stop telling I was glowing... It is the product and not the pregnancy! My face saw a dramatic change
