I lost 20 pounds in seven weeks. I followed the diet too. Although I didn't use the shakes, instead I scrambled the egg whites and ate the berries in a bowl. I ate the fish and lentils for lunch and the greens for an early dinner. The first couple of days I felt some nausea, but it soon went away. The Metabolic Support Supplements worked for me and I feel great!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Happy to share an update that am 10 pounds lighter! Took about 2 months which included dining out a lot in Wailea Maui on vaca hahah! Did not do the metabolic diet 100% . So I decided to keep taking this. I take a break from this supplement about 3x a week and still works for me. When will this go on sale again? Please do it more often! Thank you!
I just finished the 10 day Metabolic Diet. I lost 8.5 pounds and 1.5% body fat. I did a couple of minor modifications. I could not find watercress so I used a "super greens" blend. Also, I found the liquid egg whites completely repulsive. After three days I started cooking the egg white in the coconut oil and eating the berries whole. I was not hungry at all and did have plenty of energy without feeling jittery. Although I did find that taking the supplements with dinner disrupted my sleep. Going forward I will take them only 2 times each day.

I just had my first metabolic shake with the metabolic packet for breakfast and it's delicious combo. I will check in here after a few days to share weightloss success! I've been taking the metabolic supplement a few days in the past month and felt more energetic and my mind is sharper with the ability to manage stress at work improved so I ordered a few boxes when it went on sale. Looking forward to the next sale!Today, I'll do aerobics/cardio and stretch. Thanks!

The Metabolic program enabled me to jump start a weight loss after the holidays. I read Dr. Perricone's book (Forever Young) and it all made sense. I lost 11 pounds in 10 days. More importantly, I feel better. The video on the Perricone site was helpful - as I never could have managed without adding chai seeds to the shakes. I did the blueberry version (with cold water) in the morning...and did the cocoa version (with hot water) for lunch. Luckily I was able to be home during this time, as an increase in fluid intake meant more frequent trips to the restroom. If I had to do this and be at the office, I would likely swap having the salmon meal for lunch and the cocoa drink for dinner. Also, I continued my at home Pilates program and walked when I could. Honestly, the last 2 days of the program, I snuck in a few unsalted peanuts. My only suggestion for improvement would be for Dr. Perricone to add some sort of "step down" program. The 28 day diet is terrific...but there are a lot of different ingredients to buy all at one (not practical for a one person household - and expensive to buy if all organic). Something for the Dr. to consider. Also, I take no meds, but if you have health issues...always a good idea to work with your doctor. Unless your doctor can give clear reasons why this program would not make sense for you, start shopping for another doctor! Thank you Dr. Perricone.
