I started taking the Skin and Hair vitamins on the recommendation from my daughter. I ordered them that very night and could hardly wait until the vitamins arrived so when they did get here I started taking them religiously. I was painting on my mom's house and was up and down on the ladder. My knees had been bothering me prior to this and was the reason my daughter recommended the vitamins. I made a comment to my mom that my knees had quit bothering me and as I said it, I remembered my daughter telling me that after she started taking them that when she worked out she didn't get sore anymore. I painted my mother's entire house and the storage building and did not have any more pain in my knees. Well, a month or so later I noticed after blow-drying my hair that it was very smooth (I have naturally curly, sometimes frizzy hair)and it felt healthy and soft to the touch. I could not take my eyes off my healthy, shiny hair. I would keep touching it all day long because it felt so smooth and wonderful. My daughter-in-law had no idea of any of this but commented that my hair looked so healthy and beautiful. I couldn't even say "thank you" because all I could think or say was "I know". I was still in amazement. I know the price is kind of expensive but the vitamins are totally worth it when I have no pain in my knees or aches and my hair is the most beautiful it has ever been. It is not like I do not take care of my hair either. I have always bought the best shampoo that my daughter gets for me at the Beauty Supply store. I use good shampoo and conditioner but I have my whole life. I've always bought good skin care products and good shampoo and conditioner and use conditioner every time I shampoo but honestly these vitamins are the best thing ever for my hair. I am finally after 50+ years growing some decent nails too. I'm a nail bitter and have always had thin, frail, easily broken nails but they are actually growing without breaking. It has caused me to start taking better care of them and actually thinking of getting a manicure. I wore fake nails for years but have let them go the last 5 years and NOW they are growing and looking good. For the first time ever, my nails are strong and not breaking or splitting or peeling. I love these Vitamins. Cannot say enough!!!
