I guess I should start by saying at the time I started this I was 25 years old, exercising 3-4 times per week and at 5'8" weighed 142 pounds. I used to be able to exercise 6-7 days per week and my weight would consistently stay right around 135 (due to a new job, I don't have as much time for exercise anymore paired with more meals on the go, hence the weight gain). I was eager to use this diet to kickstart my weight loss and get back to my target weight more quickly. After following the diet and taking the pills for 10 days, in addition to increasing my workouts (6 days per week), I lost two pounds. Which is exactly the same rate I lose weight eating my normal diet without supplements, when I am able to increase the frequency of my workouts. For me it wasn't worth the constant hunger, and yes I was constantly hungry, for pretty insubstantial results. Maybe if I had more weight to lose, or didn't already attempt to lead a fairly healthy lifestyle this product would have had a more profound effect. For now I will stick with my normal weight loss regime of unassisted diet and exercise.

I have tried these packets several times when I need a motivater and need to start dieting again. They work and even though they are rather expensive, I feel they do the job to get me started and I then follow through with the Perricone Weight Management packets. I am worth it.

I absolutely love this product. I always struggle with my weight and seem to slowly gain weight if I don't actively try to lose. I saw results after just a few days, it's really amazing. My waistline slimmed down, I had more energy and stopped craving sweets. Really amazing!

I bought this at a [@] anniversary sale. The sales rep told me that I'd lose 10 lbs in 10 days and that it would jump start my metabolism. I really only need to lose about 10 lbs, so I highly doubt that is possible. She wasn't even aware that there is a special diet that needed to be followed. I used this product 2 times a day instead of 3. I am 43, and I started slowly gaining weight after starting a new job. I felt tired all the time and hungry. Even after eating a big meal, I would still feel hungry and never satisfied. My weight started to creep up slowly. I was almost 125 lbs when I started this. I did not follow the diet, but I was able to eat sensibly and keep my calories down to 1200 to 1300 calories most days. I didn't really exercise either. What this product did is it helped curb my out of control appetite, and it didn't make me feel jittery. I am really sensitive to stimulants, and this product didn't over stimulate me. Now, that being said, I did have a hard time getting to sleep. My weight is down to 122 lbs. I feel that this product can help one to stick with a sensible diet plan by helping energize (but not over stimulate) and helping to curb appetite. Also, the quality of the supplements seems high. I didn't feel nauseous from taking these on an empty stomach.

I followed the instructions very strictly and by Day 3 I was no longer hungry and felt lighter. Unfortunately by Day 4-5, I was experiencing stomach cramping followed by diarrhea. I stopped taking the supplements, and it has helped a little. I am so disappointed because I was so proud of myself for sticking to this and I could feel I was losing weight. Has anyone else experienced this?!
