I used to have an issue/problem with Dry/Cracked hands...To the point that I have the gloves one wears at night after applying creams....even in the summer in TX..after taking the Omega-3 I no longer use the gloves nor experience the problem hands. If it has done this for my hands...think of what it is doing for the rest of the body !! Amazing product !!!! (Plus..you do not get the fishy burps as with other brands)
