Astounding & Immediate Changes

I am over sixty years old and have been coping with obesity and diabetes for many years. My college roommate was quite successful in losing weight following the Perricone program. I started in early January of this year and dropped ten pounds fairly quickly. But, I hit a plateau and was concerned whether or not this was the route to go.

I'm sure part of my challenge has to do with being insulin dependent and taking other meds.

I decided to take the "next step" and purchase Dr. Perricone's thirty day Health & Weight Management supplements with the hope that they would help speed-up my metabolism. I felt that I needed an additional boost.

I have been on a daily regimen of vitamins and antioxidants, however, using the Perricone products has convinced me to abandon those forever!

I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. The swelling in my calves and legs has basically disappeared, along with the accompanying pain and discomfort. Additionally, I was having knee and joint problems, and those are resolving as well.

Best of all... the scale finally moved a bit... after only a couple of days!

I love the fact that the Perricone program and the supplements help to control my appetite and cravings. (I was a huge binge eater and would consume large quantities of junk food, fast food, pastries, pizza, cheeseburgers, etc.)

My blood sugar levels have never been so low and are normalizing beautifully. I have a ton of energy; my skin looks radiant; and I'm feeling emotionally in control of my life instead of leading a life where food was a priority.

I am more than excited about these outcomes. I feel like a brand new person!

I would definitely recommend these products to others with similar health challenges and situations... especially for seniors.

Not Getting It

I have been taking 3 packets a day plus 2 omega 3's 3 times per day for 4 weeks. I do not see any difference in energy levels and there has been no weight...Read complete review

I have been taking 3 packets a day plus 2 omega 3's 3 times per day for 4 weeks. I do not see any difference in energy levels and there has been no weight loss yet. I intend to continue this plan for 1 more month in case I am a slow responder, but so far, I am very disappointed.

I found myself adding a pound or so here and there about 12 years ago as I reached my fifties. As I had been accustomed to having no problem with weight gain, I found myself miserable. I had read Perricone's book and watched him when he appeared on the TODAY show. I realized that the adage "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" just might have some merit. I decided to try the weight management supplements that he suggested. To my surprise, I found myself with more energy, My skin improved and with a healthy diet, the extra pounds came off. I was ready for those hiking trips, i loved the look I had in my clothes. I then experienced the loss of my husband. I found myself eating for comfort. Once again the extra pounds came my way. As time marched on, I was lucky enough to meet someone that gave me love and hope for the future. At the age of 62 I found myself preparing for my wedding. You guessed it, those extra pounds were still there. I ordered the supplements and started my regiment. I found myself once again with more energy and generally much better health. I lost the extra pounds and continue to enjoy the healthy weight with energy to jet ski, para-sail and knee board and tube with the grand-children. From one in her senior years who still teaches middle school, and enjoys an active life, I thank Dr. Perricone for providing such a wonderful product that is everything and more to me!

This is a great product. These supplements are high quality and can be taken on an empty stomach. I have noticed a change in cravings, and I do not feel the "need" to eat a lot of sweets when I take these. They have also helped improve my skin quality -- it looks clearer. I don't need to lose a lot of weight and I haven't really changed my diet with these. I have dropped about 4 pounds during the last 2 months I have been taking them. I only take 2 packets a day.

I have been using these supplements for the past six months. I lost 13 lbs so far but I want to say this for those that said they don't work. you must take them an hour and stay away from refine starch. I read his advice and follow. I also walk five times a week for 30 minutes since I am diabetic now my endo removed me from taking insulin. Dr Perricone words cannot express my gratitude.
