I'm always on the hunt for a good lip plumber/conditioner that doesn't just have temporary effects. I decided to give Dr. Perricone's Lip Plumber a try. At first I thought it wasn't going to do anything because it didn't sting like many plumpers on the market. I used it as directed AM and PM. After a few days I noticed that my lips were full and in good condition. It serves as a great base for gloss or lipstick. I continue to only apply it AM, as a last step before makeup, and PM, as a part of my nighttime skincare regimen. It isn't going to give you an Angelina Jolie lip if you don't have fuller lips to begin with, but it will allow your lips to be the fullest they are capable of being.Please don't discontinue this Dr. Perricone!!

I purchase and use many Perricone MD products and they have ALL delivered as described except for this Lip Plumper. The name does NOT describe the product. It moistens like a champ but does NOT plump. I would reccomend this product to anyone as a moiturizer but not as a plumper.

Unlike other lip plumpers, this product keeps my lips plump all day. I put it on at night, and sometimes before going out (for extra fullness).I have been so please with the results that I bought it for my mother (she loves it, too!).
A great substitute for cosmetic fillers

Lip Plumper is a great substitute for lip fillers and painfree, unlike fillers. I have been using this for years. I apply it on the lips and inside the lips, too, to get the best effect. Like all of Dr. Perricone products, it delivers what is promised.

Definitely a necessity!

This is a MUST-HAVE product for the lips. It is easy to ignore the lip area; however, the lips tend to be a spot that sort of "gives away your age" after the eyes. I have used this product for a couple of years now, and I recently went without it for a few months since I thought it wasn't something that was absolutely necessary. I could tell a difference soon! Less "plump"...different texture...& slight fine lines above my lip! I just bought it again, & after the first couple of days, I already feel like my lip area is back to my normal. Is it expensive? I would say so. Is it worth it? Given that it really gives my lips new life & lasts 8+ months, absolutely.
