I take one pkg every morning. I love how it has made my weak nails stronger and they grow so much quicker. I can use polish & they aren't fragile. My hair has grown super fast; the new growth is shiny and healthy. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone who wants heathly happy hair and nails :) I know I will continue to use these fabulous supplements!!

In just four weeks, I have seen a nice improvement in my nails and hair! my nail beds are rosy and shiny, and the nails tips are bright white and strong! my new hair follicles seems to have a new sheen that I am watching excitedly to continue, and my scalp feels soft, clear, and hydrated ... I am looking very forward to more shine and bounce in the new growth with the continued use of these wonderful supplements. I have taken the skin and total body supplements for years and love the addition of these with all their benefits taken together. very grateful here and highly recommend!

I love the results I've personally seen w/ my hair & nails after just 1 month of use. My nails were alway weak and now they are so much stronger than they used to be and they are growing like crazy. My hair growth has speeded up also. I have it colored so I could easily see the new growth over the past month. It looks shiny and healthy. I can't wait to see what next month brings with this SUPER new supplement! Thanks Dr. Perricone :) I know a lot of people are going to love this new addition to your line of amazing products!
