As a faithful user of most Dr Perricone's products, I was following the launch of Acyl-Glutathione with great interest and I was waiting impatiently for it to cross the Atlantic and to reach us in the UK. As one of the very first users, I have refrained myself to write an immediate review documenting the dramatic and instant difference it has made to my skin. I wanted to see the developing benefits; so, I could give a more accurate and detailed review.For someone who is slightly over 50, I have a very good skin that I have looked after very well by following anti-inflammatory diets, excercise,and I have been using faithfully Dr Perricone's products. Acyl-Glutathione gave me an immediate radiance, a healthy glow, erased a few wrinkles on my forehead and to my utmost surprise had a lifting properties to it that was superior to the Neuropeptide's conformer, in my case.I use it morning and evening after cleansing with Nutritive cleanser. At first, I wanted to examine its power so I used it alone and only added the Face Finishing Moisturiser. I can assure you that these products together represent a marriage made in heaven.If you havent been using any Perricone's products these three products are a must.If you have been using other products, and all depends on what you have, this is a very suitable order for their applications:1. Cleansing2. Serum Prep (in my case) or your toner 3. Cold plasma eye, Cold Plasma, and Cold Plasma Sub D 4. Acyl-Glutathione5. Advanced Face Firming Activator or High Potency Face Amine Lift (I alternate during the day) and I use the Concentrated Restorative Cream in the evening application6. Face Finishing Moisturiser or the Neuropetide Moisturiser.Well done Dr Perricone and Thank you, again.

I'm 50 and have fair skin with very few wrinkles;however, I have noticed that since I have lost weight I have a lack of firmness around my mouth. I have used the Dr. Perricone's eye C-Ester and firming lotion for the past year and I have liked those. So I thought I would give this product a chance. I've been using it for a week and have developed red, itchy skin, and a couple of bumps. My skin also has a burning sensation. So Dr. Perricone should note that this product should not be used on sensitive skin or on people who have Rosacea.

Comments about Perricone MD Acyl-Glutathione:
I am 35 years old with 2 young kids and a busy household...I care about my skin and want to maintain it. I recently purchased this and have been using it at night only. I use cold plasma first and then this on top. My skin looks and feels amazing. My skin appears lifted, it feels more firm and lessens the appearance of my wrinkles. I use other products in the morning on top of my cold plasma but I think this product is better.

I used this product just two nights and ended up with wrinkles greatly enhanced. I assume that it's because it's soooo drying altho as per instructions I did use a moisturizer over it. Fortunately bot at Sephora so can return. I've used other Perricone products. Some were fine others no benefit. First time i've ever used one that actually made things worse. To further test I used some on the back of my hand and had similar result. I think there is something REALLY wrong with this product.

I have been getting Restylane shots for my face at least twice a year until I begin to Acy-glutathione and when I went back to my Dr. he said I did not need anything to wait.Apprently this CREAM really works. I use it morning and most nights and also the eye gel in the morning and neck cream. I am 70 and told I look in my 50's or younger.With this cream My Restylane shots can fall down to once a year which is great.This cream really does a good job in tighten the face and hiding the wrinkles.

Save Your Money

I was hesitant to buy this product, because it is expensive and I could not afford it. I have been using it day and night for a month now, and see absolutely no difference in any wrinkles I have -- not the forehead, not the "eleven" lines, and not the smile lines from the nose to the mouth. What a disappointment!!!
