What is your return Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative item. All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Perricone MD (our website or 800 numbers). We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.

How do I Enroll in Auto Replenishment Service?

I am going in for cosmetic procedure and have been told to stick with very mild products. Are Perricone MD products safe to use before and after the procedure?

is formulated to be exceptionally gentle and is recommended to help skin recover from cosmetic procedures ranging from chemical peels to laser treatments.
Are Perricone MD products safe to use during pregnancy?
There are no specific contraindications to using our products during pregnancy; however, it is always best to consult with your doctor on these issues. Please invite your personal physician to review our product ingredients which are listed both on the packaging and our website.
Why is there a medicinal scent to some of the products in your line?
Perricone MD products are formulated with the highest quality ingredients, some having natural medicinal scents. Our commitment to formulation integrity and maximum effectiveness means that sometimes the scents cannot be masked, but should dissipate after application.
I use a prescription strength Retin A cream that makes my face dry and irritated. What should I use to help diminish redness and dryness?
