Do you offer free samples?
We offer deluxe samples available for purchase on our website. We also include 1 complimentary sample in with every order. If you would like to be notified when samples may be available, you can also sign up for our newsletter.

What is your return Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason, be unhappy with your purchase, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. We ask that you follow these guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Perricone MD (our website or 800 number. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.)
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order number, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
- We cannot accept returns of overly used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I edit or cancel my Replenishment Service?
If you would like to edit your Replenishment Service, please call Customer Service, toll free, 888-823-7837. If you return your first order, please not that you will still need to cancel your Replenishment Service. When will I be charged for orders?
Orders will only be billed to your credit or debit card on the day it ships. You may cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next replenishment date.
How will I know when my Replenishment Order has shipped?
If you have provided us with an e-mail address, we will send you a shipping confirmation notice with your tracking information.
May I add additional products to an existing Auto-delivery account?

Are your products tested on animals?
Perricone MD does not and will never test on animals.
Do your products contain parabens?
Perricone MD products are Paraben-free.
How long before I see results?
With many of our products, results are visible within minutes. Over time, results compound and become even more dramatic. For most clients, peak improvement is reached after one month of using the products.
How long do the products last?
If following application instructions, our products typically last 2-5 months after opening, depending on the item. We recommend using our products within 1 year after opening.

I am going in for cosmetic procedure and have been told to stick with very mild products. Are Perricone MD products safe to use before and after the procedure?
The Hypoallergenic Collection is formulated to be exceptionally gentle and is recommended to help skin recover from cosmetic procedures ranging from chemical peels to laser treatments.
Are Perricone MD products safe to use during pregnancy?
There are no specific contraindications to using our products during pregnancy; however, it is always best to consult with your doctor on these issues. Please invite your personal physician to review our product ingredients which are listed both on the packaging and our website.
I notice a scent with certain products. What is it?
That is the scent of the raw, active ingredients. To maintain the maximum efficacy of the products, Dr. Perricone uses very little fragrance in his formulations. Once applied to the skin, the smell quickly dissipates and is no longer noticeable.
I use a prescription strength Retin A cream that makes my face dry and irritated. What should I use to help diminish redness and dryness?
Cold Plasma and the Nourishing Moisturizer are excellent options to soothe and repair irritated skin without interfering with the absorption of Retin A. Please note that all Perricone MD products are formulated to pair well with prescription medications.
I was told I should use Cold Plasma with my other treatments. What is the proper protocol?
To enhance the performance of other treatments, many Perricone MD clients recommend applying Cold Plasma first, following with other treatments.
What can I use for the vertical lines around my mouth?
Dr. Perricone recommends using the Vitamin C Ester Serum around the mouth to help prevent the vertical lines from forming. If lines are already visible, opt for a more corrective approach and apply the Deep Wrinkle Serum to them twice daily under Acyl Glutathione.
What is the best product for deep lines and creases?
Acyl-Glutathione is the first patent pending anti aging treatment to reduce the appearance of accelerated aging such as deep lines and creases.
What product would you recommend for general anti-aging concerns?

Can I use facial treatments around my eyes?
Dr. Perricone does not recommend applying facial treatments around the eye area unless it is specifically formulated for the eye area.
