Employment: Full Time Position, reports to the SVP of eCommerce.
The Web Developer's role is to build the organization's web sites and keep them running smoothly. This includes designing, building, and implementing new emails, web pages, and web sites; integrating sites with back end applications, migrating legacy applications to the Web, and performing day-to-day administration of the organization's web portfolio.
This position requires someone with a passion for coding attractive and effective design, intelligent user experiences, and cutting edge programming solutions for web and email projects. In this position, it is imperative that the candidate is reliable, consistent, meticulous, clean coder and puts quality first.
This role must also ensure creative solutions are technically feasible, and program deliverables to technical and brand standard requirements. As a multi-channel retailer, this role must follow company guidelines and existing templates to produce consistent materials, as well as code web site pages, emails, microsites, etc.
You will be responsible to improve, manage, and expand SEO strategies and organic ranking. Must be able to implement feedback in a timely fashion, and test, track, resolve bugs, understand and implement coding schemes for tracking purposes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan to drive multichannel sales and meet Perricone MD business goals.
Manage all site merchandising to maximize revenues and profits.
Produce management reports and analyses on marketing programs and maintain a history of such programs.
Develop forecasts and budgets for internet projects and marketing initiatives in the areas such as SEO, PPC, affiliate, email and related projects.
Manage all ecommerce technology vendors and ensure a smoothly operating set of systems that support ecommerce sales.
Requirements:
3+ years web development experience.
Expert HTML, CSS, and Javascript/AJAX (hand-coded).
Ability to expertly integrate APIs for various social, email and other SAAS platforms.
Proficiency with email development and deployment.
Solid understanding of email best practices and cross client compatibility.
Experience with Photoshop and developing pages from PSD artwork (must be able to code a design that perfectly matches the PSD).
Extreme attention to detail; ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of web marketing strategy, interface design, and architecture.
Thorough understanding of Web analytics and SEO strategies/implementation.
Experience implementing and building dynamic landing pages with variable data based on CIDs.

Role: Training & Event Specialist
Perricone MD, a leading technologically advanced skincare brand, is recruiting for a part-time Training and Event Specialist for our retailers located in the Philadelphia and PA/NJ suburbs. Those with past experience in cosmetics and skincare, especially with our retailers and/or knowledge of Perricone MD, are encouraged to apply. A reliable means of transportation is a must to be considered. Amount of hours vary per week. Weekends are a must.
Training and Event Specialists represent Perricone MD in our retailers as brand ambassadors. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Conduct consultations for customers, offer product recommendations, and apply/demonstrate Perricone MD products.
-Drive retail sales and achieve/exceed daily sales goals.
-Ensure and maintain merchandising guidelines and product cleanliness/hygiene.
-Maintain relationships with Retailer and Perricone MD Management.
-Communicate sales results to Account Executive at the completion of each daily assignment, along with providing a sales recap and store visit checklist weekly.
-Educating and providing brand knowledge to store sales associates.
Experience/Skill Requirement:

Role: Web Analyst, eCommerce Team Location: San Francisco, CA Employment: Full Time Position, reports to the SVP of eCommerce
The Position:
The web analyst is responsible for creating data management procedures, data analytics, dashboards and insightful recommendations on strategic projects and business performance. This position will serve as the team's go-to person to assess how specific marketing campaigns and site enhancements affect key business metrics. Your success will be measured by monitoring the concrete impact you have on revenue, cost and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Set, manage and communicate key channel performance as it relates to the eCommerce and direct response marketing programs.
Work directly with eCommerce marketing to help construct, maintain and change the marketing calendar based on metrics and insights gained from tracking and business intelligence.
Lead core insights to suggest, create and execute multivariate or A/B tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience, user experience, customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
Track product sales to improve business performance, raise average order size and improve product landing pages.
Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs against target metrics.
Create holistic dashboards and make recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct website/competitive analysis to introduce best practices, benchmarks and techniques from within and outside the vertical.
Act as the resident subject matter expert with regard to specific interactive marketing best practices, industry standards, and department analytics.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years experience in eCommerce, and/or marketing analytics, working with standard clickstream analytics tools and eCommerce platform software.
High level of expertise with Business Intelligence tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, Cognos etc. with experience writing and tuning SQL queries in an online or offline environment.

Role: Digital Partnerships & eMerchant Manager Location: San Francisco, CA Employment: Full Time Position, reports to the SVP of eCommerce
The Position:
This position is the primary lead for Perricone MD and SUPER digital partnership programs which include distributed storefronts (Amazon), affiliate marketing (Commission Junction) and eCommerce merchant partnerships (Neimanmarcus.com, Skinstore.com, Beauty.com, Dermstore.com, and SpaLook.com).
As the digital partnerships and eMerchant manager, this role drives sales and customer support with eCommerce partners at all levels of the organization including VPs, Directors, Managers, Planners and Marketing.
This position manages inventory, planning, channel marketing budgets, expenses, reporting, and new launch forecasting for all partnership programs and channels.
The eMerchant Manager should be experienced in reporting, analytics, direct marketing and customer insight. As an advocate for the customer, as well as our merchant partners, you are expected to drive revenue through a consistent and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Strategize and drive new products, core initiatives, and special projects to hit and exceed sales targets.
Maintain marketing calendar by eCommerce channel distribution.
Management of New Product File/Item Set up for all new launches.
Update actual and forecast future Sales & Stock. Forecast shipments, receipts, and EOM.
Conduct regular review of in-stock position by SKU. Negotiate with planner for additional stock as needed. Monitor all newness orders to ensure correct order quantities are placed.
Return to Vendor (RTV) tracking and authorization - with adherence to budget plan.
Monitor all purchase orders and resolves issues.
Ensure that expenses are in line with budget with special attention to the following areas; marketing, gratis, training, collateral, and RTVs.
Develop and make presentations to executive management and shared services groups about strategies, plans, forecasts and results.
Track seasonal promotional volume plans by launch month. Measure and analyze performance of marketing programs.
