2/3 cup cooked chopped watercress (2 bunches trimmed)

1 tsp lemon pepper

1/4 tsp salt

18 thin slices brie

 

Preparation

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Prepare artichoke hearts according to package directions.
  • Combine watercress, lemon pepper and salt in a small bowl.
  • Top each artichoke with the watercress mixture and brie.
  • Broil until cheese melts, 1–2 minutes.
